Up to $4,600 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
Our client is a well-established company in the Electronics Manufacturing industry seeking a Customer Service Executive to support customers and the Sales team throughout the order fulfilment process.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, order processing or sales support who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and send order confirmations
Support quotation preparation and customer RFQs together with the Sales team
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Update customers on order status, delivery schedules and rescheduling requests
Maintain open order reports and support sales reporting
Update customers’ vendor portals with accurate order information
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Business or a related discipline
Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales or Sales Order Processing
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with customers, suppliers or business partners who primarily use Mandarin.
