Try Hack Me is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and grow relationships across our EDU portfolio, spanning universities, schools, and training providers. You’ll manage a portfolio of around 150 accounts with ARR between £2,000 and £15,000+ per account, partnering with an Account Manager on renewals while owning activation and success.
This role sits at the center of evolving EDU digital motion and strategic engagement.
