Croydon Churches Housing Association (ccha) seeks a Resident Liaison and Repairs Lead to be the key link between residents, contractors and internal teams, ensuring residents are kept informed, supported and satisfied through repairs, maintenance and improvement works.
You will manage sensitive cases including damp and mould and ensure compliance with Awaab’s Law, delivering a responsive repairs service while supporting vulnerable residents and improving resident experience.
