Sevenoaks District Council is seeking a customer solutions professional to handle telephone enquiries and assist visitors at Argyle Road. The role supports Council-wide queries with a focus on quality customer care and strong IT and communication skills.
Working hours are 37 per week, with a shift rota and a hybrid approach including potential home working after training. Prior contact centre experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided.
