NTT DATA Services in Bathurst, NB, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide telephonic support to Shareholders and the investment community. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to Call Center guidelines.
Position is Full Time - Remote with Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:30pm EST. The role offers a competitive rate of $20.50 per hour for English/French bilingual support, and eligibility to work from home across multiple Canadian
