Support Your App is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding phone and email support to global clients from a home office. You will troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions, while documenting actions in the ticketing system.
Fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+/C1) are required, along with good organizational skills and a stable internet connection.
