Raiffeisen Gruppe recherche un conseiller Centre de service à la clientèle à Lausanne. Vous accompagnerez les clients sur des sujets bancaires, digitaux et administratifs, avec un focus service et développement commercial.
Doté d'un CFC en relation client et d'une première expérience, vous maîtrisez le français et une seconde langue (B2). Horaires tournants de 7h30 à 21h, télétravail possible, formation et évolution assurées.
