Job Details
1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
Salary Range : UP $3,500
Location:
Changi Business Park (near MRT Expo)Working Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday (5am-2pm)Hybrid Work From Home
- Participate in projects. Lead and/or collaborate with Order Management team
- Process customer orders in SAP within agreed service levels
- Maintain customer master data and system setups in SAP
- Facilitate order shipment per customers' requested delivery date
- Support pricing issue checks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Identify and elevate order data discrepancies for further investigation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process standardisation
- Generate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of order management processes
- Work with regional teams across Asia, Europe and North America customer
