The Global Talent Co. is seeking a German-speaking Live Chat Customer Service Agent to support our DACH customers in a fully remote, full-time capacity. Baseline workload is 40-60 hours per month with opportunities to pick up more during peak periods.
You will manage German-language inquiries, resolve complaints with empathy, and uphold the brand’s voice in every written interaction in an ecommerce environment. Flexible scheduling and on-demand hours are central to this role.
