Niyaa People is seeking a permanent Complaints Resolution Officer to own a varied caseload from initial investigations to final resolution. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and ensure all work aligns with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code and organisational policies.
This role suits someone with housing complaints, casework or customer service experience who can investigate complex issues, influence service improvements and draft clear responses.
