Viseca Payment Services sucht am Standort Zürich-Oerlikon eine/n Kundenberater/in Fraud (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (35 Std./Woche). Du betreust Kundinnen und Kunden weltweit telefonisch, kennst dich mit Debit- und Kreditkartensperrungen aus und klärst Transaktionen.
