Mod Squad is seeking bilingual Turkish-English Customer Service Representatives for its fully remote team. You will assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and technical issues via inbound messaging in both Turkish and English.
Applicants will complete language assessments in both languages during the interview process. A 40-hour weekly commitment is expected during orientation, with self-scheduled production hours thereafter.
