Cherry Technologies, Inc. in Turkey is hiring a Customer Support Specialist I to join our founding Support team. You will work with our U.S. team to assist Providers and Consumers, delivering one-touch resolutions and building trust across channels in a fast-growing fintech environment.
The role requires based in Turkey, strong English communication, and 40–45 hours per week during 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Turkey time. Prior startup experience is a plus and comprehensive benefits are offered.
