Position: BMO Remote Customer Support Advisor
Enhance client interactions as a Customer Support Advisor working from home with BMO Investor Line. This role involves outbound client communication and documentation guidance during business hours.

BMO Financial Group is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to operate 100% remotely. You will address client inquiries, manage applications, and ensure accurate documentation. Candidates should ideally possess fluency in both French and English, along with strong organizational skills and a grasp of compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to clients for application follow-ups

• Review documents and identify information gaps

• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

• Manage end-to-end client interactions efficiently

• Document interactions and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Fluency in French and English is essential

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Good teamwork and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with BMO Investor Line products is a plus
