Temporary Partner Operations Executive

Location:

Covent Garden (Hybrid) - 2 days from home and 3 days in the office

Start Date:

ASAP

Duration: 3 months +

Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour

Working Pattern:

Full-time role
3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Approximately 2 weekend days per month - 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 - 1 per month
Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 - 1 per month

What You'll Do:

Partner Support & Engagement

Provide guidance to new automotive partners, ensuring they maximise our collaborative efforts.
Address incoming dealership inquiries and feedback via phone and email in a friendly and efficient manner.
Proactively reach out to dealerships to drive engagement and strengthen relationships.
Share insights and improvement opportunities with the Automotive Account Team.
Support the processing of commission payments and invoices, tracking and following up as needed.

Customer Support

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assisting those referred by our dealership partners throughout their EV charger installation journey.
Actively listen to feedback from dealerships and customers, helping to enhance their experience.
Recognise and address any potential issues or areas for improvement to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Follow all operational procedures and quality standards diligently.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, partner support, or sales is advantageous.
Comfortable handling phone and email support with a friendly demeanour.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practises.
Passionate about clean technology, EVs, or the energy transition.

Nice to Haves:

Experience working with automotive dealerships or partners.
Fluency in other European languages, particularly French and/or Italian.
