Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council is seeking an experienced Customer Hub Officer to join its busy Customer Services team. The role is based at Castle House with remote working available, 37 hours per week, on a 2-month contract starting 01/09/2026.
You will handle customer enquiries, process changes in business circumstances, and update NEC systems (RBLive and Image). The role requires strong organisation, accuracy, and clear communication.
