Location: Swindon
English Heritage is seeking a Customer Service Adviser in Swindon on a 1-year fixed term maternity cover contract. The role blends office and remote work with two days per week in the office and occasional bank holidays and Saturdays.
You will handle multi-channel customer contacts and contribute to process improvements in a supportive team. Ideal candidates will have strong call-handling skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset.
