Staples Canada is seeking a Print Support Specialist (PSS) to resolve escalated print issues for Staples Print customers. You will collaborate with vendors, print hubs, stores and internal partners to deliver timely, accurate resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction across the Staples print experience.
The role requires 2-3 years in customer service, strong written communication, bilingual French, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment.
