Finom is seeking a Dutch or German fluent customer care specialist to support customers mainly by phone, chat, and email. You will handle complex issues, build rapport, and take ownership to resolve them quickly.
This is a 100% remote role across Europe with a focus on fintech and a fast-paced scale-up environment. Requirements include native/fluent Dutch or German, 6+ months in customer care, and strong communication with empathy.
