Oximio is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Customer Support & Project Management team in a fully remote role. You will ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and within client scope, while guiding cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic objectives.
This position reports to the Head of Customer Support & Project Management. You will mentor staff, manage multiple projects, monitor CX metrics, and uphold ISO, GxP, and internal standards.
