Online Consultant (English Speaking)
We are seeking an experienced and fluent English speaking Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to our clients. This position is based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via various online platforms (e.g. email, chat, video conferencing) to provide guidance and support
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services
- Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must
- Previous experience as an Online Consultant or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with online communication tools (e.g. Skype, Zoom)
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Experience working with biometric passports or other identification documents
- Knowledge of customer service principles
