Online Consultant - English Speaking (Contract, with Accommodation) - Al Hufuf, Egypt
We are a leading online consulting company, seeking an experienced and highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Egypt. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through online channels.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance on our products and services.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Recommend appropriate solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product developments to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Fluent in English language (native or near-native level).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or Customer Service Representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one for employment in Egypt.
- Competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
- Contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
- Accommodation provided by the company.
