As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients through various online channels. This is a contract position based in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
Your main duties will include answering client inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues and complaints, and assisting with online orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and updating customer databases.
