SINGU is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Micad product to own UK customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and advocate for the customer across Sales, Product and Marketing.
This remote role (Cardiff area preferred) requires proven CSM experience, excellent communication, a growth mindset, and comfort with CRM tools like Vitally, Jira and Zoho.
You’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and help shape a Europe-leading CX team as the Micad product evolves within SINGU.
