Online Consultant - Virtual Assistance
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual assistance to clients from various parts of the world, specifically targeting the African market. This is a remote position that does not require any English proficiency and is suitable for both men and women.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Provide virtual assistance to clients in tasks such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing emails
- Research and gather information for clients on various topics
- Assist with social media management for clients' businesses
- Create and maintain databases for client information
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues from clients in a timely manner
- Previous experience in virtual assistance or customer service is preferred
- Great organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of online marketing strategies
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
