Centrica plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a 6‑month temporary assignment. The role is hybrid, with 1 day per week in our Ebbw Vale office and 4 days working from home, across 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).
External candidates will be engaged through our partner agency for the duration of the assignment. You’ll handle customer enquiries and complaints in a fast‑paced contact centre, supporting vulnerable customers and delivering a positive experience
