Cooper Vision is hiring for a bilingual Customer Service role based in Richmond Hill. You will provide exceptional support across phone, email, chat and correspondence, handling orders, account updates and inquiries to exceed customer expectations.
The role requires fluency in English and French, and the ability to work in a hybrid home/office environment within commuting distance of Richmond Hill. Strong communication and ERP experience are preferred.
