DSV in Ede zoekt een Customer Care Specialist die klanten ondersteunt bij zendingen, documenten en statusupdates, en die meedenkt aan digitalisering en procesverbeteringen. Je werkt in een team van 12 en rapporteert aan de teamleider; dagelijks zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie en betrouwbare opvolging.
Je beschikt over klantgerichte service, proactiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
