We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our growing team in South Manchester, Sale/Trafford. This is a hybrid role, offering the perfect balance of collaboration and flexibility — with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.

* Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat

* Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally

* Building positive relationships with clients and internal teams

* Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system

* Helping to improve processes and contribute to a great customer journey
