Informa Festivals is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive value from the LIONS Intelligence portfolio for our diverse client base, ranging from large advertising agencies to major brands and media owners.
You will onboard new clients, foster relationships, and coordinate with Account Management to ensure renewal, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across The Work, Contagious IQ, WARC, and Effie. Daily tasks include meetings, calls, and workshops to maximise product adoption.
