Hafod is recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist to be the primary contact for customers and colleagues, delivering excellent service and administrative support. The role involves handling inquiries promptly and assisting in resolving issues, while reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader.
The position is 18-month fixed-term, full-time (36 hours per week) with hybrid working (1 day remote) from Cardiff Head Office.
