Pine Services is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a dedicated book of business from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will drive client retention, manage relationships, and identify growth opportunities while working in a fully remote environment.
The role requires 3+ years in client success/account management, strong communication skills, and experience with Sage Intacct ERP. You will partner with sales, delivery, and leadership to deliver outcomes and maintain CRM records.
