Customer Service Officer (Known internally as Housing Liaison Officer)

Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesdays, 9am to 5:30pm (5pm finish on Fridays)

What you'll be doing
- Are the first point of contact for customers, tenants and applicants by phone, email, letter and face-to-face.
- Provide advice and support on a range of housing-related issues, including rent accounts, repairs, lettings, complaints and tenancy matters.
- Work closely with teams across Connect to resolve customer queries and find the right solutions.
- Support the day-to-day administration of the service, including reception cover and community-based activities.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional, compassionate and effective communication.
