BRC Jobs is seeking a Social Housing Complaints Officer for a fully remote, 8-week contract, 37.5 hours per week. The role handles customer complaints as the first point of contact, acknowledges and investigates complaints, and communicates outcomes.
You will liaise with stakeholders, provide written and verbal responses, and support customers through the complaints journey, investigating cases and coming to a decision on outcomes.
