As a part of the North American Customer Success team at Eco Online, you'll manage a portfolio of important clients across various industries. This role demands at least 5 years in Customer Success or a related SaaS position, emphasizing relationship development, renewal management, and adoption outcomes. You will engage senior stakeholders to align business outcomes and conduct strategic planning sessions that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own relationships with strategic customer portfolios
• Develop success plans aligned to business outcomes
• Drive adoption and long-term value realization
• Conduct Executive Value Reviews and strategic planning
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or related role
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships
• Experience in renewal and retention outcomes
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience leading strategic business reviews
