Client Service Representative

What it’s like to be a Federated Client Service Representative:  When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards. The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

We want your talent!
If you are great at:
Customer Service Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
Assisting team members
Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information
If you have:
Post-Secondary education (College or University)
2+ years of front-line Customer Service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Team-first mentality
