As a Customer Support and Sales Advisor , you'll speak with existing customers who call us with queries about their products or services. Your role is to:

• Understand their needs
• Resolve their questions
• Introduce relevant solutions that genuinely add value
• Ensure every interaction leads to the right customer outcome

You’ll log into our virtual contact centre at the start of your shift and handle a steady flow of inbound calls throughout the day. Every conversation is an opportunity to support a customer, build rapport, and make a positive impact.

Although the role is hybrid/remote, you're never on your own. You'll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts, celebrates your success, and helps you grow. It's challenging - but incredibly rewarding.

• Rotating weekly shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday
• 37.5 hours per week
• Breaks: 60 minute lunch, 2 x15 minute breaks.
