Turkcell Global Bilgi Bursa’da çağrı merkezi ekibine katılacak, müşteri taleplerini hızlı ve etkili şekilde çözüme kavuşturacak bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor. En az lise mezunu olup çağrı merkezi teknolojilerini bilen, iletişimi kuvvetli ve pozitif biri olmanız beklenir.
Krizi yönetebilme yeteneği, ikna kabiliyeti ve müşteri odaklı yaklaşımınızla kaliteyi yükseltecek, proaktif bir ekip üyesi olmanız istenmektedir. Fırsat dahilinde uzaktan/hibrit/ofis seçenekleriyle çalışma imkanı sunulacaktır.
