Talanto is hiring a Team Lead, Customer Success – EMEA South. This remote-friendly role oversees 7-10 Customer Success Managers across Southern Europe, targeting strong health and renewals while coaching a high‑performing team in a fast‑growth environment.
You will partner with Sales, Product and Ops, shaping processes, data quality and scalable customer outcomes. English and French proficiency are required, with flexible hybrid options where available.
