Brunt Work client in California seeks an Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Booking Specialist. This remote, full-time role handles inbound calls, warm transfers, and scheduling for aesthetic services such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
You will use Easy Derm and Weave to convert inquiries to consultations, maintain precise patient records, and ensure empathetic, professional service. Must have 4–5 years of customer service in beauty or cosmetics, clear English, and PST hours.
