The client is open to applicants that have any kind of customer service experience such as Contact Centre, Retail, Hospitality etc. You must be completely fluent in Speaking, Reading and Writing in both Russian and English. Fluent/Native/Professional Levelof Russian and Englishareessential  Previouscustomerserviceexperienceinanykindofsectoriswelcomedsuchas Contact Centre ,Hospitality,Retailetc,is preferred,thoughnotessentialandfulltrainingisprovided.
