Report Analyst & Customer Service Rep

Are you a customer-focused, analytical and energetic professional who enjoys building relationships while working with data?
We are looking for a Report Analyst & Customer Service Representative to play a key role in the launch of an exciting new subscription box service for Walmart.
About the Role In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for subscribers, providing exceptional customer service while also analysing survey data and supporting the preparation of client wrap-up reports.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting new subscribers with sign-ups, payments, deliveries and account-related queries.
• Providing friendly, professional and responsive customer support.
• Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with subscribers as their primary point of contact.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Analysing survey and customer data to identify key trends, insights and information for inclusion in client wrap-up reports.
• Supporting the successful launch and ongoing operation of the subscription box service.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively from home.
• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Naturally analytical, with an ability to interpret information and identify key insights.
• A positive, energetic and bubbly team player.
• Comfortable working independently while remaining connected with a remote team.
• Able to work US hours (12:30 – 21:00).
• Equipped with reliable internet and backup power to support uninterrupted remote working.

Advantageous Experience

Experience with any of the following platforms will be advantageous:

• Shopify
• Recharge
• Gorgias

Working Arrangement

• 1 month of in-office training in Hilton, KZN.
• Thereafter, predominantly work from home.
• One half-day per week in-office in Hilton.
• Working hours:
  
  12:30 – 21:00, aligned with US business hours.
