Position: Job Title:Case Management Specialist – Pharmacovigilance
Detail:

You will be responsible for:

Assisting new subscribers with sign-ups, payments, deliveries and account-related queries
.

Providing friendly, professional and responsive customer support.

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with subscribers as their primary point of contact.

Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Analysing survey and customer data to identify key trends, insights and information for inclusion in client wrap-up reports.

Supporting the successful launch and ongoing operation of the subscription box service.

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable and self-motivated
, with the ability to work effectively from home.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work US hours (12:30 – 21:00).

1 month of in-office training in Hilton, KZN.

Thereafter, predominantly work from home
