ofinto sucht Unterstützung im Kundenservice und Showroom-Management in Zürich. Du betreust Kundenanfragen zu Bestellungen, Lieferungen und Montagen per E-Mail, Chat und Telefon und bist verantwortlich für eine erstklassige Beratung.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Bearbeitung von Retouren, Garantiefällen sowie die persönliche Verkaufsberatung im Showroom. Zudem betreust du Geschäftskunden, erfasst Aufträge und trägst zur Verkaufssteigerung bei.
