Password is seeking a Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to design, launch, and improve digital customer journeys ’ll move customers from trial through activation, adoption, and ongoing value with timely, engaging programs.
Based remotely in North America, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, you’ll blend thoughtful messaging, data analysis, and AI-enabled experimentation to drive product adoption and customer value.
