Work Selection AG sucht am Standort Ebikon eine/n Customer Care & Contact Center Spezialist (m/w/d) mit guten Deutsch- und Italienisch-/Französischkenntnissen. In dieser Position betreuen Sie Kunden telefonisch, koordinieren Serviceaufträge und erfassen Kontakte im CRM.
Sie arbeiten flexibel zwischen 07:00 und 20:00 Uhr, gelegentlich auch am Wochenende. Homeoffice ist nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung möglich; SAP/CRM-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
