Curve, backed by Lloyds Banking Group, is hiring multiple Customer Experience agents for a remote-first role with occasional in-person collaboration at hub locations in Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds or Birmingham.
You will respond to inquiries across email, live chat, social media and phone, investigate issues with specialist teams, and help shape product improvements through customer feedback. A minimum of one on-call shift per week is included.
