TD in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a customer service professional for its contact centres. You will be the voice of TD, assisting inbound callers with account inquiries, offering TD products and services, and delivering trusted support to TD customers seven days a week.
The role requires bilingual French & English skills, strong communication, and the ability to multitask across systems. Training is provided, with hybrid work involving 95% remote activity and occasional on-site TD events.
