Mamas & Papas, based at Head Office near Huddersfield, seeks a Customer Care Advisor to join the Customer Care / Call Centre team. Full training will be provided on calls, emails, systems and product knowledge to handle a range of queries for customers across stores, online and partners.
The role offers a permanent position at 22.5 hours across 3 full days with 1 in 3 Saturdays, with hybrid flexi-office working: two days from home and three in the office.
