Attivo Group is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join the Client Services team in Cheltenham. You will support the early client journey, handle inquiries, LOAs, data changes and pre-meeting prep with accuracy and efficiency.
You will act as a subject matter expert for client lifecycle processes, guide colleagues, and drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across the team. Collaborative work with Financial Planners and stakeholders is essential.
